When you use any If Tech product or service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you violate these Terms, we may, at our discretion, suspend or terminate your account.
Definitions
"Company," "we," "our," and "us" refer to If Tech. "Services" means our websites, including kulikuli.app, and any product created and maintained by If Tech, including all versions of Kuli Kuli, whether delivered through a web browser, desktop application, mobile application, or another format. "You" and "your" refer to the individuals or organizations that own or use an account with one or more of our Services.
Account terms
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password and for ensuring that any users under your account do the same. The Company is not liable for loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this obligation.
You may not use the Services for any of the following purposes, and you may not allow your users to do so:
- Using the products to violate any law or regulation.
- Collecting or using information from accounts that do not belong to you.
- Attempting to deceive us or other users through false reports or impersonation.
- Bypassing, disabling, or interfering with product security features.
- Overloading, disrupting, or interfering with the configuration or operation of the products.
- Sending or attempting to send viruses, malware, or tracking tools such as web bugs or cookies through the products.
- Harassing or threatening other users, our employees, or our representatives.
- Defaming, disparaging, or otherwise harming the Company or the products.
You must be a human. Accounts registered by bots or other automated methods are not permitted.
Payment, refunds, and plan changes
If you use a free version of one of our Services, it is genuinely free: we do not ask for your credit card and we do not sell your data.
For paid Services that offer a free trial, we explain the trial length when you sign up. After the trial period, you must pay in advance to continue using the Service. If you do not pay, we may freeze your account, making it inaccessible until payment is made. If an account remains frozen for an extended period, we may queue it for automatic cancellation.
All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. Where required, we will collect and remit those taxes. Otherwise, you are responsible for paying all applicable taxes, levies, and duties.
Cancellation and termination
You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. An email or phone request is not automatically considered cancellation. If you need help canceling, you may contact our support team.
If you cancel before the end of your current paid period, the cancellation takes effect immediately and you will not be charged again.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse current or future use of the Services for any reason at any time. Suspension means you and other users on your account will lose access to the account and its content. Termination may result in deletion of your account, your access to the account, and all content in the account. We also reserve the right to refuse use of the Services to anyone for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Verbal, physical, written, or other abuse, including threats of abuse or retaliation, directed at a Company employee or officer may result in immediate account termination.
Modifications to the Service and prices
We intend to support our Services for as long as it is possible and reasonable to do so. We will continue maintaining legacy Services for security, privacy, and customer support where feasible. Sometimes a feature becomes technically impractical, we redesign part of a Service, or we close new signups for a product. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Services, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.
We may change the pricing structure for our products. We often exempt existing customers from pricing changes, but we may choose to change prices for existing customers. If we do, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by the email address on record. We may also post notice on our websites or within the affected Services.
Uptime, security, and privacy
Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not offer service-level agreements, but we take application uptime seriously.
We reserve the right to temporarily disable your account if your usage significantly exceeds the average usage of other customers. Except in rare cases where usage may negatively affect the Service for other customers, we will contact the account owner before taking action.
We use backups, redundancy, and encryption to help protect your data. We enforce encryption for data transmitted from the public Internet. In limited edge cases, data may be transmitted within our network without encryption.
You agree that we may process your data as described in our Privacy Policy and for no other purpose. On rare occasions, our staff may access your data for the following reasons:
- To help with support requests you make. We will ask for your express consent before accessing your account.
- To resolve rare errors that stop an automated process partway through. We receive automated alerts for these errors. When we can fix the issue and restart processing without viewing personal data, we do so. In rare cases, we may need to view a minimum amount of personal data to fix the issue.
- To safeguard If Tech. We may review logs and metadata to protect your data and the Services as a whole. When necessary, we may also access accounts while investigating abuse reports.
- To the extent required by applicable law. If If Tech is audited by a tax authority, we share only the minimum billing information needed to complete the audit.
Copyright and content ownership
We do not pre-screen content, but we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse or remove any content available through the Service.
The Company or its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all intellectual property rights. You do not obtain ownership rights in the Services by using them. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or visual design elements without the Company's express written permission. You must request permission before using the Company's logos or any Service logos for promotional purposes. We reserve the right to revoke permission if you violate these Terms.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services, use of the Services, or access to the Services without the Company's express written permission.
Liability
You agree that the Company is not liable to you or any third party for damages of any kind arising from use of the Services, inability to access data, unauthorized access to your data or account, actions of any third party using the Services, or any other consequence related to these Terms or the Services.
